The Club at St. Dominics has classes specifically designed for our seniors. Seniorcise/SilverSneakers Yoga Stretch® is a low to moderate-intensity workout that increases flexibility and improves range of motion and overall fitness. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills in the SilverSneakers® class.
