It absolutely kills your side butt. Try to keep your leg as straight as possible when doing it! Dont ever be afraid to try new things!! Use a weight that challenges you, I dont know your fitness level and Im not there in person to advise on what weight to start with. You know your body and your limitations. Try to do 15 reps and really feel the burn around rep 9/10. Ill never get off to showing
